Effective Friday, April 21, 2023, the providers at Piedmont Urgent Care Center at Baxter Village will be seeing all patients at their new practice location at 515 River Crossing Drive, Suite 180, Fort Mill, SC 29715.

All medical records will remain in the safekeeping of our practice and transfer to the new clinic. The entire staff of Piedmont Urgent Care Center at Baxter Village is working to ensure a smooth transition. A copy of your medical record(s) can be released to you or transferred to another care provider with your signed medical release authorization. We will continue to offer InQuickER online scheduling to hold your place in line. Current scheduled appointments will remain the same.
