the image to the right or www.google.com/maps. A new window will open.- Make sure you’re signed in to your Google account (if you have Gmail, this is easy!).
- Search for a Provider or their practice.
- Click Write a Review.
- In the window that appears, click the stars to provide a score. You can also write a review.
HEALTHGRADES
Select
the image to the right or www.healthgrades.com/review. A new window will open.- Type in the name of your Provider.
- If they are in the Healthgrades system, a Patient Satisfaction Survey will appear.
YELP
Select
the image to the right or www.yelp.com/writeareview. A new window will open.- Type in the name and location of your Provider for their practice.
- Their name and/or their practice name should appear. Select the Write a Review button.
WebMD
Select
the image to the right or www.webmd.com. A new window will open.- Click on Find a Doctor.
- Enter the provider's name or practice and location.
- Once results appear, click on the provider's name
- Click on Rate this Doctor.
- In the window that appears, click the stars to provide a score. You can also write a review.
VITALS
Select the image to the right or www.vitals.com. A new window will open.- Search for your provider by name, specialty, condition, or by location.
- If they are in the Vitals system, the provider profile will appear. Click on “Write A Review.”
