Consults with our nutritionist are not filed with your insurance provider as they are considered self-pay. We do, however, file insurance for those patients seen by Katie for the diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus type 2 that have Medicare as the
primary insurance and a referral from the Care Provider managing your Diabetes.
